RecommendedI brought my tire in to be REPLACED because it had been patched by a different shop (my bf took it for me) & it was still leaking slowly a month later.. the gentleman at Firestone told me he found a nail in the tire & it can be PATCHED. Thank God for the integrity & capability exhibited here! & that’s just one of many reasons why I always come back here.
I had a flat, damaged tire the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend on my way back to NC. The friendly staff got me in and replaced my tire in about an hour so I could drive home safely. Great service!! Thank you!!
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THE FIRESTONE AT 2201 PAXTON ST! I just left this location for the 3rd or 4th time (lost count) for a brake issue that didn't exist until they touched them. Tried to charge me (paid for lifetime brakes 9 months ago), which obviously I refused. They call me shortly after about inspection. Fine, do the inspection. I go back after the allotted time frame, just to find out the car need a new tie rod...THE VERY SAME ONE THEY "FIXED" NOT ONE YEAR PRIOR! And they tried to charge me for that, too! Ha... read more
