Bought a set of tires and had some minor alignment work done. This shop has always been courteous and professional when I visit. I hear horror stories about this place, but this is my third time here and I've always had a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone who needs new tires or mechanical work.
These guys literally robbed me, paid 800 dollars for a brand new ac compressor only for it to stop working 2 months later then they kept stalling the "free" diagnostic until the warranty expired. Now I'm at another shop only to find out the compressor was faulty and now I'm screwed thanks Firestone I really needed that!
These guys are great. They always take care of me when I'm here! Thanks Michael for making sure I stay safe!
