My car ran hot. I had it towed to Firestone on N. ACADEMY BLVD in Colorado Springs. The minute I walked in a guy named Red began telling me how they would be able to get to my car, what they couldn't do, how they might not get to it even the following day. No hello, no thank you for choosing Firestone, only what "We can't do." His attitude was super nasty and his energy very negative.
