I purchased four brand new tires on August 2nd. On August 14th, my driver side rear tire blew out, while I was driving 70 mph on the highway. Somebody could've been killed! After I paid $83 for a tow truck to bring my vehicle back to Firestone, I was charged another $175 for the new tire. When I came to pick up my vehicle after over 9 hours of being at the shop just to put on a single tire, and not even check my alignment as they were supposed to, I was told that the issue was because the tire was severely under-inflated. Brother paid $600 for 4 brand new tires and an alignment. Less than a week later one of the tires blow out on him at 70 miles per hour. Return to Firestone at 10am and it takes until 645pm to get a new tire put on. We are then told that the blow out was due to it being "severely underflated".... which could only have been their fault yet he still had to pay another $170 for the replacement. They are not only a rip off they are flat out unsafe!!!!
Ive been in 4 times to get a qoute on a aet of tires and every single time I come in the same guy everytime takes me out of line to help everyone else in line because he can't naviate the computer system only to give me a 1500$ tire qoute for 700$ tires after stading there for 20 to 30 mins for a qote lmao. Discount tire litterally qouted me more than 50% less on the exact same set of tires.

Said tire change would take no more than 2 hours. 2 hours later, “oh it’ll be 30 more min”. 45 min later “it’s going to be about 40 more min, and by the way, your breaks are really bad, we will measure them and give you an estimate”. I’m spending $1,500 as it is. They have to audacity to attempt to up-sell me while take 2+ hours more than what they first said. 👎👎👎

Brand New 2018 Fleet Vehicle. 3 services, (7500mi, 15,000mi, 22,500mi) and Never checked the brakes, (but said verbally that they did!! Vehicle is brand new, so I just took them at their word) paperwork CONFIRMS this!!! Brakes are TOTALLY GONE, now brakes/rotors/possibly calipers too..!!! That’s okay BBB, ASE, FleetCare, and Corporate will All be receiving a phone call from me. Thanks for nothing but the tires.
Great service and great people! They been taking care of my cars for the last 10+ years and I don't have any complaints at all.
We have 3 cars and use them for all 3. They have always been great to us. Fit us in last minute and seem reasonable in price.
