I dropped off my car at 9am for an OIL CHANGE. I called at 4pm and was told my car would be the next one in the shop to get worked on. I called again at 5:10pm and was told my car STILL hadn't been worked on. When I told the man on the phone I needed the car back by 530pm, he said sure but it wont have the oil changed. When I arrived at the store the manager blamed it on an automated scheduling system error and didn't take responsibility.
