This location needs to work on promoting a corporate culture of customer service. $3,200 worth of repairs and they left my battery cables loose. I brought it back and they refused to look at it. They left my 6 y/o and I stranded in their parking lot, when a simple wrench and some care would have fixed it.

I came in on Saturday to get my Tahoe looked at. They couldn’t get me in so I made an appointment for Tuesday. I work right next door basically. All day I watched as my vehicle sat in the lot. Around 4:30 I called and asked how it was going with it. They LIED to me and said that someone looked at it and they can’t “Pinpoint” The problem and they were going to have someone else look at it. I spent 3 hours waiting for an oil change. 2 hours into my wait I asked when it would be done and they had “misplaced” my paperwork...2.5 hours into my wait my car finally makes it in the the garage...and it’s finally done after 3 hours...the only apology I got was an offer for a free oil change...why so I can waste another half a day here...no thanks
