I set up an appointment for 12:30. Curbside and wait. She comes out looks at my car goes inside. Ok it's 1 now. So I call inside and ask they behind. Keep in mind she just walked outside. Never said they are behind. I ask how much longer. She says 1 hour. Terrible!!!!

I've been coming here for several years and I've decided enough is enough. Seems like everytime I've brought my car here to have a tire repaired, under my road hazard program, I ALWAYS get the same answer "It can't be fixed" And they say I need to buy a new one. I'm beging to feel like they are taking advantage of me. Think it's time to find a new place to take care of my car.
