Parts were hard to come by for what I needed. Was working with the warranty company too. Tanner, the manager of the Firestone, really stayed on this. He knew I had an upcoming trip. And the parts kept getting pushed out. But he really stayed on top of it, got the parts in there and got the car done in time for me to take off on my playing day. Everybody in there was very friendly and welcomed you to the store. Customer service was above and beyond. Special thanks to Tanner.
Only reason I gave a 4 star; is because when I went back to have something done that they did. They did a halfass job. The carpet wasn't put back properly, it's loose all over & not tucked in as it was in the beginning and the screws weren't tightened all the way, becuz it rattles when I drive, but when I grab it,then it stops.🙄🙄 But the work they do does seem to be good. And reasonable on their prices. Plus they do seem to be helpful also..
Caught a flat tire on my way down from the mountains Chris and Asa helped me quickly even though it was just before closing. Super helpful team at this location!
Came from out of town with an emergency tire fix saved us amazing people
