They repaired my oil pressure regulator last year. I believe they went above and beyond. Took my car to Brakes Plus on Abbott. They told me the regulator was leaking and quoted over a thousand to repair. When I told them I would take it back to Firestone since they had repaired it the year before, she told me to have them clean it off first. To make sure it was leaking. Wth? Firestone used a dye. I’m not someone who enjoys doing this, but here it goes. I have had NOTHING but problems from Firestone. They broke my valve cover replacing my valve cover gasket (glued it back together without telling me). They would not warranty an alternator I had replaced by the a year prior to it needed replaced again because “oil got it or it and that’s the one thing that voids the warranty” there was no way oil could get into my alternator where my alternator is. UNLESS their own technicians did it while doing an oil change on my car... read more
