They were able to take my vehicle in right away, got to work on it quick and were reasonable in getting the price to something affordable
Tanner and the Firestone team made the scheduling, drop off and service of my company fleet vehicle seamless. The inside was protected to keep it clean. The repairs were done timely so the vehicle was ready when they said it would be ready. (You may or may not believe how difficult that is for some shops) The service I received was remarkable and I plan on taking my personal vehicles to Firestone now because they won my bussiness. We are grateful for the Firestone staff ! We arrived in town on vacation and started having issues with our car. It was labor day and everywhere else was closed. They were able to get us in and have our car fixed by the end of the day. They called with updates and when our car was ready to be picked up. Our vacation was back on track after that. This place is amazing we are very happy with our experience.
