Super wonderful experience. The manager helped me find the best deal and took care of my vehicle, while being friendly and informative. There was a slight hiccup with an authorizarion, so he comped the service. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
I’m came to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Hampton on August 18 and I received excellent service. Mr. UBaldo, gave me excellent advice on my car and advised me of service to approve the quality of life for my car service. He’s is a very knowledgeable associate, easy to speak to and always keeps a smile. I found out late on that was all a lie for rating the store, because GM was in the building that day and he was getting transferred to a new location. I highly advise against getting a state inspection done here. They will do whatever they can to get money out of you. They said ALL of my rotors needed to be replaced (I’ve had them looked at by several mechanics who said they were fine), and they quoted nearly $1000 for a full brake job which is absolutely ridiculous. They also had a bunch of other “recommended” work they wanted to do, which was quoted for an additional $6400.
