I scheduled an appointment for an oil change showed up 40 minutes early after receiving multiple confirmation emails to be told a technician had reached out and left a message about a reschedule. I informed the clerk no one had reached out and verified my number only thing they could say was we can get you in on Thursday. Nevermind the moving stuff in my schedule to be able to come in the day I set the appointment.
Trisha and Michael were wonderful. They possessed great customer service and were able to walk me through the entire process. For this being my first visit to Firestone, I am pleasantly pleased and will be inclined to return in the future.
I had a major repair to my car done by Firestone. They replaced the engine due to a crack in the engine block. It’s now about two months in and the car is running fine. Firestone did a great job!
