Savannah was pivotal in my visit here and cannot say enough in what did in assisting in getting my vehicle serviced. I could not be happier.
Had my brakes and disk replaced. Had them to check my front left wheel bearing, they said it's the right bearing. I had already been told they accept Endurance car warranty. Then they came back and said no, we don't accept that warranty. But, the Firestone in Newport News on Warwick Blvd does. Ok, I pickup my car, pay the bill, I asked for my receipt, I was told I will get it thru my email. Waited about two hours, no email from Firestone, so I called. Firestone did an excellent job of finding my tire size and scheduling a same day appointment. The customer service was excellent as well.
