RecommendedOne week ago I got my oil changed here. Today I noticed oil spots on my driveway. Took it back into Firestone & they were slammed. Told them my issue & they immediately got a tech to get it on the lift & look at it. Mgr came out 5 minutes later & said “We are so sorry sir, but we accidentally left your oil drain plug open. We’ll get it taken care of + your next oil change is on us”. #honesty #service
Fast service and not painful!
People are nice...until they get your money. Replaced a part in my truck. It lasted 2 weeks. Went back and was told sorry...take it to the dealer, there's nothing we can do. Did not even offer a partial refund. They screwed me out of $460. Their guarantee means nothing.
went in for an alignment on my accord, needed my camber adjusted all around, amanda and her technician took care of me very well, this shop is highly recommended especially if you have a lowered vehicle, top quality work! �

Amanda knows what’s she’s doing! Because of her, this shop runs like a well oiled machine. I love the service I get here and I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else. Way to go, Amanda!!
