Horrible customer service, and terrible communication. I dropped my car off to get an oil change. I get a call a couple hours later saying my front 2 brake pads are getting worn down and they need to be changed. I gave the approval for this. This Firestone took it upon themselves to ALSO replace both rotors without my knowledge or approval. Joe, Ryan explained everything clearly, very polite. Easy to get an appointment. Work was completed on time. Oil change, A/C filters changed, Tire rotation which is free for the life of the tires since I bought the all weather tires from them.
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable
What I would definitely recommend this location and I would definitely use them again. My battery was replaced a lot sooner than I was told.
