Chipped rims & 2 attempts for alignment Had oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment done. Had to bring it back the following day to correct the alignment (steering wheel wasn’t straight in the rack). After washing my car this weekend, I see they chipped my black rims around almost every lug nut….put a sleeve on the socket! I only brought my car in because my hand is broken and unable to perform the work myself.
I had a horrible experience with Firestone in north palm beach. They tried to do a bait and switch when I bought my tires and did unnecessary repairs on my car. By the time I got my car back a week later the bill had ballooned to more than two thousand dollars after several trips to the store to get my car steering fixed after they did a front end alignment it’s still not working correctly.
