Came in just to check my brakes. Quoted me $3.5k in repairs instead. Had to double check with my normal mechanic who confirmed that 90% were not needed.
We had our car towed late in the day to Firestone and were absolutely amazed that we had it back before noon the following day!

pick up a nail in my tire everyone seemed to busy to try, .called FIRESTONE and MARICELA [service advisor] told me to come right in and took care of it in a timely manor. she was very professional and friendly also like to mention the tec DWAYNE also very professional and friendly check out my car top things off really nice guy. would recommend this place and will be returning in the future for my car needs.
I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. The gentleman at the front desk advised that my rear tires were in better shape than the front tires so explained I was better off driving for a few thousand more miles and then replace the tires which is safer than rotating the tires. It was good advice that I very much appreciated.
