The customer service was excellent and the staff are extremely kind and caring.
I've been going to this Firestone for a few years now. All employees are very nice and friendly and service is quick and reasonably priced. I usually work with Mr. Will. He's always very kind and considerate and always makes sure you understand everything going on with your car. He gives great recommendations on maintaining vehicle health.
Jax Firestone team is the tops! Never had a problem or question this team couldn't resolve. Team is fluid, engaging, and very knòwlegeable - a super asset to me.
