Had to drop off a repair, but they were super quick getting it back to us. Happy and the whole team are top in their game..
They patched a tire for me when another place told me they could not. Saved me $. When I replace them I will go back.
I cannot give this business enough stars for the customer service and care they provided. Me and my family were on a cross country trip and had numerous car problems and kept getting taken advantage of until we were sent to Sherwood tire. They squeezed us in quickly, figured out what was going on, and got us all the way back home with no stops. They were thorough and quick! Wish I lived closer so I could be a loyal customer.
Spent $1250 on a set of tires about a month ago.. got all kinds of promises about their coverage on the tires. I discovered a possible nail in one of my tires, took it in and got “ unfortunately we don’t have the manpower to fix or even check the tire today “… so they promise all sorts of things , but can’t deliver on even the simplest issue.. two thumbs down… absolutely awful !
