I cannot give this business enough stars for the customer service and care they provided. Me and my family were on a cross country trip and had numerous car problems and kept getting taken advantage of until we were sent to Sherwood tire. They squeezed us in quickly, figured out what was going on, and got us all the way back home with no stops. They were thorough and quick! Wish I lived closer so I could be a loyal customer.
Spent $1250 on a set of tires about a month ago.. got all kinds of promises about their coverage on the tires. I discovered a possible nail in one of my tires, took it in and got “ unfortunately we don’t have the manpower to fix or even check the tire today “… so they promise all sorts of things , but can’t deliver on even the simplest issue.. two thumbs down… absolutely awful !
Never would I ever take my car to anyone but Happy and the pros. I have literally asked Happy for his expert opinion before purchasing my new car. I don’t have a single bad thing to say.
Had a great experience at Sherwood Tire! Happy provided excellent customer service — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable place with top-notch service!
