Got in and out in an hour with 4 new tires
The girl in front is not the friendliest people in customer service world. Brought 4 tires within 2 years and a oil change and will not spend a dime there anymore. There’s a sign $40 discount if you spend $150+ and I mentioned it and she reply oh it ends yesterday and I forgot to take it down rude as it could be.
I called today to get a quote on Transmission flush and filter for my vehicle. Kaitlyn informed me that they don't do them on vehicles over 100,000 miles. So I asked her why the website clearly states ( whatever your truck or car mileage, Firestone will service your transmission according to your vehicles manufacture recommendations. ) If this isn't truth then why post this on all your firestone websites ???? If they don't service over 100,000 miles change your website.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, technicians are great but the head boss really doesn't have a clue... learn to buy clothes that fit, tuck in your shirt and try taking care of the paying customer for once! Avoid this place at all cost!
