My dad called up there yesterday and spoke to a James. This was the Jacksonville, Arkansas location .....my dad has hearing problems so he could not near him well. When my dad explained this he Said.... well that doesn't help me any! He seemed crouchy. I was there also the day before that to get an oil change...the guy that worked then at front desk was very friendly and made you feel welcome and you could ask him anything. It would also be great if you could remove those wooden steps that are right behind the parking spot. ... read more
