I have a 2014 CRV that I had a brake job done one year ago and of course a little over 12,000 miles ago. After an origional over 65000 miles from new on the same car before needing brakes again I find it hard to believe that in a year I wore down the front brakes what I term prematurely and caused warped rotors. I think they messed up the front and rear bias of the brake system and caused all the wear on the front with little wear if any on the back. I had it done at the Firestone on 1918 W. I had a terrible experience with the location in Grand Prairie. The staff was lazy, inattentive, and quite just didn’t seems to care. Grand Prairie’s Firestone could not get the alignment done right. The folks in Arlington got the job done right the first time. Stay away from Grand Prairie and come here instead! Excellent job!
