These people totally SUCK. What is the point of showing up in the morning when they open (about 5 of us) and turn everyone away? All I needed was a spare tire replaced, and an oil change. I'm constantly being told to "leave my car" . I tell him I can't and will have to wait and he gives me every bit of commentary and deflection that I just need to leave they won't even look at my car til the end of the day. They did good work on the vehicle, but took too long to complete the job. It took them three hours to bring the car in took inspect. Then 45 minutes later, they told me I needed breaks, rotors, and new tires and I was out of there at around 5:15. In total I was there for about 7 hours.
They told me when to bring it in. They did the work . no problems
LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER.. EXCELLENT TECH ..WORSE SERVICE ADVISOR. . HOW YOU NOT TELL YOU CUSTOMERS THAT DROPPED THEIR CAR OFF SATURDAY MORNING ..GET IT BACK LATE SUNDAY N MONDAY I FIND OUT I GOT A MAJOR PROBLEM THAT'S NOT ON MY RECOMMENDATION SMH..
