Place is a crap hole. Gateway tires better prices, quality, and service. Not to mention way better management and it shows Gateway Tires People. Just my opinion.
Took my car in for an alignment. Also asked if they could check air conditioner. Manager said it would be about 2 hours and took my phone number to call when it was done. Walked over to Kroger and did some shopping. Two hours later they called and I returned to get my car. When the total bill didn't seem high enough for the estimate, I asked him to check it again. As it turned out, they did not do the alignment explaining the machine wasn't working. I asked why he didn't let me know as I would not have had to wait so long. T... read more
