Normally go here for my oil changes, used to be pretty quick and efficient. Recently went for an oil change and made an appointment online. Dropped my car off 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Came back 1 hour and 45 minutes later, they did NOT even get to my car. Took my car and left. They could not even complete an oil change in 2 hours for a car that was scheduled.
A warning light appear on my car noting Low Tire Pressure. I couldn't see any one tire that was lower than the rest but thought maybe one of them pick up a piece of glass and I wanted it checked out. Your service men were very helpful.
If I could gave a no star I would… I brought my vehicle here for a simple brake and rotor change… before I brought my car here I had no problems with my vehicle… they did the service when o picked up my vehicle my engine light was on when I begin to drive… it didn’t make any since the two doesn’t add up… got into a back and forth with the manager they were rude and not apologetic about It and try to place the blame on me… went to another deal for an diagnostic check comes back replace break pads and sensor… I paid for a $800... read more
