I had a set of General Tires shipped from Tirerack for installation at the Firestone Store located at 777 Middletown Blvd, Langhorne, PA 19047 last March - the tires were installed on 3/21. I drive mostly local so little need to drive over 65mph. However this summer I took a few trips and noticed heavy shaking when exceeding 65mph so I booked another appointment with the same store before taking a long trip as I didn't want to have a vibration massage for 7-8 hours of driving. Horrible first time experience. Told them I was waiting for my car when I made the appointment and when I arrived. 8:15-11:15... They said approximately three hours. I walked to local stores to burn up time. I came back to find my car not moved. I asked, and they said they didn't get to it because they thought I was dropping it off. Unbelievable.... Never again.. I went someplace else.
