one cashier 3 mechanics & now I'm told it'll be 1 1/2 wait to fix the tire since it only has a nail in it , this place is like Walmart with 300 costumers & just 2 cashiers

The guys were helpful! I got my car inspected there.
I went in for a vehicle inspection and was told that I needed new windshield wipers. This is the same scam that they did last year on the same car. When I caĺled them out on it they said that they wouldn't charge me for the blades. I know they didn't check the rear blade because I had writing on the window that would have been smeared if they had checked. I used to use Firestone in the past but will no longer. I'll bet that they use the same scam on others.
I took my truck in for wheel alignment they twisted one of the boots on my rack and pinion so bad that it tore I didn't find out till I took it somewhere else they said they repaired it when I took it back to Firestone but refuse to do a radiator flush on my truck they said it was too dirty
They were total assholes and even walked away dismissively while I was talking to them. The guy at the front desk wasn't rude but was totally unhelpful, and when he brought the other guy up from the back he was rude, discourteous, and treated me like crap. Even laughed at me as I walked away. I'll never go there again and I'll recommend all of my friends never go there again. It was a total waste of time. They've lost my business forever and I'll make sure everyone I run into never goes there as well.
This store has great personal, totally professional, and the young man that tended to our need was Top-notch, I regret not getting his name, I would recommend your services to my friend absolutely.
The manager Chris was very helpful and nice very good service we got our inspection oil change then to find out we had a big hole in our a.c. compressor so had to get that fixes and IT WORKS our kids have a.c. again and I got my husband new tires on his truck he has been wanting and we love our truck it works great...thank you Chris for all your help and your techs for doing a great job
My boyfriend took my car there for an oil change. After the oil change, they told him it needed new cv boots, left and right, in front. Their estimate was almost $800. The car has less than 100,000 miles on it. Plus, I find it highly suspicious that both boots need to be replaced. We declined, but took it to a local shop to get a 2nd opinion.
