Problem #1: length of service, 1hr 40 min. for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation 2 days in advance. My car didn't enter a bay until 30 minutes after my appointment time. 35 minutes later I was advised to do tires and schedule a CV joint replacement. I asked for the quotes. My car left the bay 15 minutes later. 20 minutes later I was called up to check out after the service advisor made 4 phone calls. These guys must be hourly waged and not commission is all I know! wanted $570. to fix heater hoses. I said no. took to Gonzalez repair $239.
I waited for 2 hours an 36 minutes for an oil change there was 4 persons that had appointments ahead of me I was first customer without an appointment I got there at 7 am for 8 am opening. the last time i was there was a 2 hour wait for the same an oil change
Great place for tire help. I had problems with 2 of my new tires that I purchased 3 mos ago at a different Firestone. Lenny, the manager, provided me with new replacement tires and delivered what he had promised me on the phone and more. Service was quick, honest, and professional, and I highly recommend this place. I had never purchased Firestone tires before a few months ago, but I'm impressed with the service!
The place is chaos they have lost my wheel lock 2 times both times making me come back after dropping vehicle off no apology nothing total disrespect for ones time.
