Went in to have my tires rotated and they said they rotated them but i knew they hadn't because I had them marked. I had suspected they had done this in the past so I did this to confirm my suspicions. I won't ever go here again, even if it was free. Both locations in Jackson did this. makes me wonder if they actually changed my oil and filter when I went in for that.

Sister bought the best comlete set of Bridgestone tires for her SUV. The front tire when flat 2 days later because of low tire pressure. This caused the front bumper to drag and to be pulled off. Firestone refused to fix the car stating she drove it on low tire pressure (remember the tires were 2 days old). When she returned for an oil change the Firestone manager told her that she needed brakes. The brakes did not need changing. Take your business to a local business who actually cares, because this place does NOT! I bought tires (April ‘18) for my work truck $200+/tire which was higher than where I usually go (Best One Tire) but it so much more convenient, so I gave them a shot. Lesson learned ...on Saturday August 4, 2018 my inside dual tire blew. I thought no problem only 3-4 months old the warranty will cover it. Wrong!
