The tires were at a good price but waited an hour and 15 mins for 4 tires. They went thru my engine and all and I did not ask for that. Just wanted 4 tires put on, thats all.
I know with auto-care companies, it's either a hit or miss with customers. They either love it or hate it. I have to say the prices are a little steep, BUT the customer service is exceptional! Every time I go in there, I get great customer service. There's a gentleman there whose name, unfortunately, escapes me, but his positive attitude and customer service make each visit enjoyable (as enjoyable as a visit to Firestone can be I guess haha). This is a place where you can anticipate good service!
