It is difficult to express how terrible this company is rotting from the top down. Just like a fish from its head.
This is my first review; I would have had many positive past reviews, but Firestone's corporate procedures & confusing, prolific emails have make it difficult to locate where to give reviews for specific Service Centers. At Algonquin / Lake in the Hills Illinois, Gunther, Don & their crew are extraordinarily professional; I highly recommended them. I’ve never had a problem at this Fire stone. They’ve always been polite and very helpful. I’m not doing a commercial. I give it five stars.
