Showed up last minute before close on a donut looking to get a flat tire patched. George took us in without batting an eye, my family was back on the road within fifteen minutes. Highly recommend!
The team at this location has always been helpful and courteous. Not just with me but I see how they are with other customers as well. Always a pleasure to bring my car here. Thank you!
Wayne was a wonderful employee he came up to us and helped us with a small leak, we ended up deciding that we would go to belle tires to get a free replacement since we got the tires from there but he still decided to help us out and fill up our tires, a wondeful guy and we will be going back.
These technicians know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with! If you want your car fixed right the first time, Lake in the Hills Firestone is the place to go!!
