The tire pressure sensors were not working. The Firestone team immediately made an appointment to examine the problem, advised me and proceeded with the repair. George Swenson, Service Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a no nonsense manager. He listens to the explanations of the customers (which I also observed while waiting) and asks specific questions regarding a problem and unquestionably knows auto operations. He communicates well with the technicians.
It was wonderful. George was so helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. Will tell all my friends to come here.
Needed new brakes and also had a bent tie rod. Turned out that the steering rack had shifted and potentially needed to be replaced as well. George and his crew were able to reposition it within specs saving me quite a bit. All of this was done in one day and I was able to pick the car up by 5:00. Can't say enough about the customer service and the honesty. Sounds cliche but they definitely put the customer first.
Always accommodating, honest, great work. Go to car repair for a decade or more.
