After watching my parents visit this location as a child and continuing business here as an adult, I will have to say I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to this or likely any other Firestone location. Negligence on behalf of the technician completing repairs on my vehicle, could very easily cost me the very vehicle I brought in for repairs or my life. Great techs and a very professional staff.
Had a standing appointment for an oil change at 8am today and at 8:55am my car still hasn't had a oil change! Why say you work by appointments when you don't have but 2 techs working and one is moving slow as a turtle like he has all day. If you knew you had cars from last night still needed to be done this morning, don't take appointments for early morning. Guess I have to call work and let them know I'm going to be late....should have went across the street to Pep Boys 🤦🏾♂️
Not enough mechanics employed so wait time well exceeds a person's patience. Instead of been truthful as to why other cars were pulled in before mine I was handed lame excuses. Firestone you have lost a customer.
These sap suckers are too too High when the part is only a hundred dollars and they charge more just to put the part on! So the part is cheap and the labor is extremely High!

I took my truck in for a slow leak in one tire can't repair ok replace it. I was told I need a battery I told them I will replace it. I get home and look at paperwork their test shows battery rating 690 CCA measured 58 CCA. Inspection for battery shows NO LONGER PERFORMS INTENDED PURPOSE. So I drove straight to advance auto had them test my battery where battery measured 586 CCA.
