Had a great experience at Firestone .
Idk what’s going on but this location definitely has declined for years now. I had an appointment first thing Wednesday morning for an oil change. 8:00 AM is when I got there, I checked in and the guy stated it shouldn’t take them anymore than an hour. I chose to wait at the store being that he said it would only take the hour. It took them that whole hour just to take my car around back to even get started with the service.
