RecommendedI those this place. Bought 2 sets of tires in 2 weeks. Made an appointment a head of time and I was in and out even on a SATURDAY. The store manager is such a nice helpful guy... thanks again
Got there at 7 am..they said an hour and a half,but taking 3 1/2 hours to do a alignment and on top of that they broke my driver's door..the guy just threw the keys on the desk,just cause I won't let them do the wheel bearings..well One was brand new from where I did the front brakes two weeks before..
When I bought my vehicle from a brother of an employee, I was told that the lifetime alignment came with the vehicle. Took it to them to verify it. Now, less than two years later, the lifetime alignment is no longer valid. It doesn’t stop there. Made a deal with one of the managers for a “one time customer satisfaction” alignment only to be told 4 days later by the store manager that it would not be honored. I came in nearly an hour before closing and all they would do is try to make an appointment for a later date. Apparently they don't want to work a minute past closing. I'm trying different locations because I have a lifetime warranty but not truly satisfied with any of them. This just adds to the list of why I regret owning the warranty I can't use with satisfaction.
The service and experience was excellent.. My appointment was at 8:00 am and they started on my car at 8:05... I had 4 new tires put on and a alignment with balancing... Was finished at 10:05 am... 👍
