DO NOT GO HERE! Firestone in Silverdale, WA did a shotty job repairing my exhaust manifolds and the car caught fire the same day becoming a total loss. Despite inspections claiming wires being misrouted, etc. Firestone has refused to refund me for any of the damage. This company is unethical and has been reported to the inspector General and BBB. I sent one of my young men over to get his car fixed for a serpentine belt. They said they fixed it so Davonte decided to get his car tuned up. Firestone charged him almost $800 dollars and what do you know. The belt shredded again. I helped him put another one on and drove it to the closest firestone which was in Lakewood. Absolutley terrible. Ive been a LOYAL customer of firestone for a long time. Good company, decent prices and USUALLY great workers. EXCEPT THE MANAGER JOSH. He was VERY RUDE. Went to take my car in had an appointment at 2pm. He said we should have your car diagnosed in 30 mins and let you know whats wrong. 45 minutes later I come back from walking around the mall and my car hasnt moved.
