went in for 4 tires and an alignment. had an appointment for when they opened got work started came and told me they had only 3 tires and has to get the 4th from mt juliet fine that took almost 2 hrs. go to do the alignment and they say my tie rods are frozen. took it to my mechanic he sprayed it with a little wd40 got a set of vice grips and in less than 5 min had them loose and ready to go. i have video proof from my mechanic. i will not recommend or do any further business with this location

Always transparent with cost and helps anyway they can by applying coupons you didn’t even know about. Even found little things like wiper blades, corrosion on terminals etc and offered to take care of that for a small reasonable price. I don’t feel like they are trying to fix things that don’t need it. For a single woman it feels good to know your not being taken advantage of because your a WOMAN.

I truly appreciate the way this FS treated me when I brought my truck in recently for some service after the sale work. I bout the lifetime tire alignment deal 3 yrs ago n Fla. Unlike Pep Boys, that will try and insult your intelligence at every turn when you simply want to rotate tires you B O U G H T FROM T H E M. Any way FS pita Gallatin.... Keep it up.
Been a Firestone customer for years when it comes to repairs and maintenance to my cars. Just a little concerned about price comparison. Why does Wal-Mart charges $5 for a bulb replacement and you will charge $38 for the same service? Just curious to know.
