They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating when I punctured not only my tire but the wheel itself and managed to limp in without an appointment. We live in another part of town, and I would not hesitate to make the trip to Madison for service in the future.
Top notch team. I blew a tire on the way home from work. Called ahead and they told me to pull right into the bay. I was literally back on the road in under 40 minutes. Zach was awesome, quick and kind on what could have been a bad day.
My belt broke on my car when one of my cats got caught in it. The gentlemen took care of the car and the cat professionally and sympathetically...one of them even took the manager outside to tell him another car's catalytic converter, "cat" for short, was broken so I did not hear. Great job guys!
The tech that fixed my car was great, but I am a bit upset about my charges. I went to Firestone earlier this week and had my trucked looked at and I was quoted $199 for a job that was supposed to take approx 5hrs of labor to complete, but when I returned for them to do the work on Thursday, it labor jumped an extra $250 and the work only took half the time.
