Y’all charged me $417.55 on 9/30/20 for piss poor service. Luckily, Discount Tire found the real issue you overlooked somehow: a bent rim. These two photos I’ve attached—cropped from the receipts from both Discount Tire and Firestone—shows that y’all don’t even know the engine or mileage of my car. It’s a V6 that most certainly doesn’t have 355,558 miles. Obviously the photo with the correct info is from Discount Tire. Thank you for wasting my time and money, and have a happy holiday!

RecommendedAt a time all auto shops seem.to be extra busy, the manager was very honest about time expectations for the needed service. The facilities made the wait comfortable. The DX was better than expected and the total cost well within the expected range. Thanks again for once again taking care of my old 2009 car. Thanks to Firestone, we are still humming along

Mark talked to me on the phone earlier today and was super helpful. No spots available for the day but totally welcomed me to drop vehicle off to get squeezed in for a tire patch. I made it in around 3:45pm and Kyle and Tanner were both great. Kyle was super informative and showed me why my tire wasn’t safe to be patched and guided me through getting a new set and assured me he and the staff had time. friend of mine took her car there I'm a mechanic but she had taken it there first to get it checked they didn't open the door before they tried to back it out crash through the door messed up her car so they promised her they would have it fixed and do her brakes for free months later they still haven't done anything bunch of crooks
