Hit or miss on the service you'll get. I took my vehicle there and they kept telling me what was wrong and the cost. No one knew the error code though. When someone finally told me the code, it didn't coincide with the fault they listed or the symptoms my car was exhibiting. Also, the time and price to fix the item they said was way off. This place was a good place until something changed. FOURS hour wait after a 9am appointment? Lack of leadership/management or maybe the wrong people are hired!
they go out of there way to make sure you are taking care of and the hermitage store looks very nice
Here is a few comments I made, on your most recent Facebook posts, no particular order I’m sharing these in. It certainly won’t be an alignment! Twice in two weeks I’ve driven 20 minutes each way to get alignment for NOTHING. If you SCHEDULE an appointment, you’ve made a commitment, you’ve put miles on my vehicles, wear and tear, and wasted my TIME. Which is much more valuable than anything else. Please save your money and time. Wish I listened to EVERYONE in Brockport who told me to avoid this place. Must be a lot of miscommunication between the workers cause I was told so many things everytime I would call.

I went in on the 11th of this month for tires and a oil change that evening before I left they told me a needed a brake flush cause of moisture in my line and that my van needed rear shocks ok so I asked do they have a appointment the next day he said actually we do great that would be the 12th I made the appointment for rear shocks and a break flush this week my change oil light came on as well as my brakes were acting different I was in Terre haute at the time when I stoppe… See more
Firestone Brockport...WHAT A JOKE!!!! Just left there with my son. Let's say none of them know how to do their job INCLUDING THE MANAGER RICK THAT RYAN CALLED bc my son ordered and PAID FOR his tires online.
