Came in early for a 2 o'clock appointment at 1 o'clock for re-alignment didn't get out till about 4 o'clock.... Seriously? Why have appointments guys?
Just came from there and I paid over $70 for an oil change! Wasn't given a choice but I did tell them it's a brand new car that had warranties only I bought the car in CC so not sure what type of oil was in the car. They clearly took advantage of someone who didn't know what to do with her car and did it with a smile! I've never paid this amount and I will never be back again! Oh and they don't do warranties they just charge you is what I was told by the lady behind the desk!
