Customer service? What customer service? Went to drop our 2014 RLX off early for a tire replacement at 3 (got there for 2:30ish) and decided to go with all four new tires before walking in. Marshall (customer service rep) wanted to know the tire size, so I told him the make and model of the car with stock wheels. The manager at this store is a misogynist. On Tuesday, 3/3/2020, when it was brought to his attention that a customer who happens to be a woman didn't care for the way he spoke to her, he responded, and I quote, "Well, when I go in for a manicure, I don't ask how much it costs." Customers should be empowered to ask for a cost breakdown of the services provided to them. Employees are nice enough, but if you're going to give a customer a completion time it's probably a bad idea to miss that time by 2+ hours...
Horrible. Go somewhere else... Unless you want to spend your money only for them to make your vehicle problem worse.
