Fun environment!! I love all of the decorations and told the employee and he told me that corporate wants the decorations taken down. I think that is a big mistake. It give us (the customers) something to do and look at while our car is being serviced. It makes the wait less boring. The decorations are one reason I come to this location and they are always different. My favorite is abominable snowman!! I have experienced the worst customer service experience from your location listed below. I am currently stranded, waiting on a tow truck to arrive (I have been waiting over two hours) for the same issue in which I paid for this evening. My car was towed into your facility on Friday evening but was not checked in until 2:30 p.m. in which required three employees to handle. Each employee was worse than the prior employee.
