Came in on a Sunday late in the afternoon. The team was able to take care of me with no notice and showed awesome customer service which is so hard to find now. Will be returning to the Austin Peay location!
The service was superb! I needed a tire and they had my tire in stock and had it on within the hour, the SUPERB SERVICE TECHS. Also, I had just had my car detailed and I was making a joke about I’m going to have one tire that’s not shiny. Needless to say when I Went to get in my car, Eric had went the extra mile and shined my new tire! Thanks Firestone! #Customer for life#
