The tire rotation and balance not done as requested and paid and when I bought it to the desk clerks attention all he did was go on the defensive even with me showing him visual evidence. I had a 15 minute conversation with this person and even tried to help him with his interaction skills and he still persisted to be on the defensive. The guys did an AMAZING job. They were able to find and order us a tire that was extremely hard to find. Got it delivered to the shop in a timely manner.
Store really took care of my family while they had their car serviced. New Store Manager went out of his way to give them fair pricing
