They always try to rip me off! It’s EVERY TIME I go there. I only go there to buy tires but today was the final straw. I won’t EVER go back there. They tried to get me to buy a battery and I declined. So of course; one hour after picking up my perfectly fine battery; my vehicle died on me. You do the math. No co-incidence. I don’t know if it’s a female thing but they ALWAYS tell me some “crap” when I pick up my vehicle. Dr. Andrea Walker

So tonight I stopped at Firestone on Germantown parkway only to be denied service because it was 40 minutes until they closed, but I had a screw in my tire and have to be at work at 6am tomorrow. Instead of the guy even attempting to help me, he told me to take an uber to work tomorrow. Needless to say I just spent plenty of money there last week but couldn't get my tire repaired. I'll be cutting up my card and I won't be back
I first starting using Firestone when I needed a new battery for my truck. Then i bought another truck that had Firestone tires. I was forced into a curb and needed a replacement tire to match the ones I had on the truck. Their price was less than I could have purchased online and had mounted. Yesterday, my 5 year old battery had to be replaced. They were quick and I was in and out within 30 minutes!!!
When you have a customer come in worried to death about something and you can make them calm and help them make the best decision possible at that time AND keep them safe, you have done a fantastic job. Thank you Mike and Alonzo at Firestone for putting the customer and their safety first before making an extra buck!
Absolutely hands down the nicest place you want to be if you need repairs!!! Great folks and service!!!
