1 star at most was told my tire would be fixed by 2pm. I arrived at 445 pm to find that my tire and rim hasn't been moved or touched all day. when I called this morning I explained I had a blow out and was broke down until this was fixed. poor leadership.
Train the employees to give advice, not scam. At least the one on Wallisville in Houston. They tried to tell me to change my oil pan in order to fix a drip at the plug...Estimated cost, $900+. True cost after having another shop use a die and retread the opening, $50.00...no more leak. Just today, charged one of my coworkers $500 fire tie rod replacements...problem was 1 bad tire with ridges on the inside surface. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
RecommendedI had a flat on the way home one afternoon and the sales person said they could check my tire and repair it if needed so I could be on my way as soon as possible. They did an awesome job as usual. I get tired and oil changes here as often as needed.
This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. The quality of service and customer service is like no other. I love the fact that I’m in and out without any bs or pressure of making me complete extra repairs.
Needed a simple assist - loosen a bolt. They refused to help. What kind of a world do we live in where a car mechanic refuses to even loosen a bolt on your car for you? I had to buy a complete oil change for $86.00 just to get them to loosen the oil drain plug. I'm definitely going to post this on as many social media sites as I can, to see what people think.
Great customer service! I was there t 7:30 and left at 11am,they had to get a tire from other store. Faster service would be better.
Went to get an oil change and ended up leaving the place with oil dripping off the skid plate all over the parking lot and it wasn't just a small drip it had to have dripped a whole quart off the plate. I took it back and they tried to blame it on a bad filter gasket, but you could tell it was used oil. I finally got the mechanic to admit that he did not remove the skid plate and just drained the oil onto it. Is this a norm for Firestone. Just a lazy mechanic or oil changer trying to move on to the next buck. �
