Michelle at this firestone was very very rude to my grandmother today. Went in to let them know my grand father had passed away and she wanted to make a payment on his credit card. Michelle showed no compassion and was very rude. Told my grandmother she was responsible for his entire balance on the credit card, called corporate when she got home and this was incorrect info. Show some damn compassion or maybe even some decent costumer service. My grandfather was well known there.
They're too busy in the morning to air the tires that I purchased there when my tire pressure light came on. Staff wasn't helpful at all, and wouldn't give me an answer as to when I could bring it in later that day, wouldn't direct me to another Firestone, wouldn't do anything. She didnt even try to help in the slightest for something that would take 2 min. All she did was hand me a card and told me basically nothing else. I give it 2 stars because at least Taco Bell is in the same parking lot and it wasn't a total waste of ... read more
