RecommendedHad two blow out yesterday called they ordered tires and got me back on the road and using the warranty j was able to save lots of money And get back in the road!! Goodyear would normally void your warranty but firestone as usual does right by their warranties
their incompetence wasted an hour and a half of my day (this morning. its much higher since then)and still didn't complete the job. Then tried to say it was my trucks fault for being too heavy. I just weighed the truck a couple weeks ago, folks. the 14k gvwr is NOT what the truck weighs. idiots this has been the most hellish nightmare of trying to get freaking tires. all thanks to this location.

Great Service Robert and the crew have been awesome !!!! Firestone has a great team.....All I can say is GOODBYE DISCOUNT TIRES ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON I-10 who broke my tire sensors, then said they fixed by zip tying them to the wheels. Thanks to this crew eveything is good !!!�

BEEN USING THEM SINCE 2011 HAD A COUPLE TIMES THEY PISSED ME OFF BUT OVER ALL THEY ARE GOOD
I began coming to this location only a short time ago. They inspect my tires and car thoroughly. Luckily I haven't had to shell out any money because it was something very small. The only bad side is if you don't have an appointment you will have to wait a while. I think yesterday might have been exception because of TS Cindy. Either way thank you for doing great customer service and work.
