Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Firestone location. Dropped off my vehicle on a Friday (4/18) and never received any updates—I had to call them myself just to find out they hadn’t even looked at it due to being short-staffed. What followed was a series of inconsistent and unprofessional responses. I was told multiple different things were wrong, and every time we pointed out that something didn’t make sense, they came up with a new excuse. The service at Firestone Baytown is terrible. They tell you the job is done, but when you ask for proof—like the alignment report—they admit it hasn’t even been done yet. The supervision is clearly very poor, and it shows in how the whole team operates. It’s obvious they either don’t know how to do the job properly or just don’t care. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this place.
Speedy service with reasonable pricing. Customer service was on point and very friendly.
