RecommendedAttention Ladies!!!! Just pick up my car from Firestone Auto care in Braintree, MA. Great service butttttttt!!! watch out for Rick, he tried to charge me for a lifetime rotation of my tires without ever telling until I asked to look at my charges before I payed. low and behold there is $ 199.00 life time warranty that I didn't aks for!! It is a shame women are taken advantage of by car services people. Ladies beware!!!!

My mother just bought new tires. She drove from Braintree to Plymouth with loose lug nuts. I torqued them to spec myself, I will never recommend Firestone to anyone.

The worst service I ever had in any place. Tires losing pressure Lost my center cup and when called to complain was called names by SO called technician. Called the corporate to get things taken care of they promised that the regional manager will call within 48 hours and weeks later nobody gave a damn to do so. Never going back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE

I would have to say that I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at Firestone in Braintree. Any work that needed to be done the tech would look at ,then come out to me and inform me of what the situation was at hand, I really liked that and happy that they would converse and actually get your approval on work that needed to be done . I was also satified with the customer service. I definitely have plans to go back near the fall to possibly get new tires before the start of next winter. Great job to my boys at Firesto... read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Braintree MA location serviced our car and now it isn't even driveable! We were told by two other shops that the damage was caused by what Firestone did and they refuse to accept responsibility or do anything to repair it. It's currently being towed. This company is awful. BEWARE
