I've been telling my husband for years about how awful firestone is, he's continued to come here because his tires are from here. we had turned in a brand new trailer wheel to have the tire replaced on it .. when we went back a little over a week later we were giving an old, beat up wheel and were told they couldn't find ours and it must've been given to another customer ... SERIOUSLY ?! they didn't even try to find out who they gave it to or replace it .. I would never go back there again or recommend this place to anybody else ... check your items when you get them back and make sure they are your,s before you go home with someone elses old and used ... read more
