Huge Disapointment – I had an issue with my windshield wipers. The motor turned. HOwever, the blades did not move. Phoned Firestone. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone stated that they would take a look and listen. I took it to the shop. They wanted a $90 hurly fee to look at the wiper assembly and an additional hourly labor fee to replace the assembly if called for.
