This is what Firestone thinks about our flag!! I told them about it and they shrugged it off. I ended up rolling it up as they where obviously too busy to care. I’ve spent 3 days here because they keep Breaking things on my car. They even charged me to fix what THEY BROKE!
I dont know about the mechanics but the front desk is trash. Phones dont work half the time when you try to make an appointment. Same with website. If you manage to get through on the phone and try to make an appointment they forget to get your name, tell you to just come in, then when you get there tell you they cant fit you in. This is after you wait in the lobby while the guy at the desk finishes his texts.There are like 2/3 places close by with better prices and service so I advise you avoid this place.
