one of your techs tried to sell my 77 year old mother 2 " top of the line" tires for 750.00. 2 STINKING TIRES" for a 2018 ford escape. SHAME...SHAME.. How dare you try to take advantage of my mother. She will NEVER be returning. I wonder how many others you have done this to.
Not all of them, but the one on Preston has the best service, maybe because is in highland park?
I have been going to this location for years. They do a job well done and I will not trust anyone else to change my oil, my harmonic balancer, tires rotation, and clean my egr, etc etc. I am very happy with this location and they show they care. Keep it up you guys!
I've been going to this Firestone for almost seven years. Jenny and her team always take good care of my car and I trust them with everything from tires to brakes to a simple oil change.
I love it! They did such a great job with my car! The lead technician is amazing and so are the others! I'll never take my car anywhere else! Definitely gonna recommend my friends here!
Lied to me not once but twice about corporate policy which then led to DPS policy. Called the corporate number to ask about this policy that doesn't exist. Also, the store manager is the one who lied to me twice and never apologized. He could have blamed it on miscommunication or that they were never informed on a policy change... I can't help but think they did this because I'm 20 years old and a female. I already hate going to car places because of my age/sex
First, it was an hour and a half wait to get the inspection done. Second, the employee tried to argue with me about when the inspection is due. I would have loved to explain to him that I got my registration in March, same time the law went into effect, and couldn't get the new sticker until May inspection due date IF he didn't love listening to his own voice. Third, I don't appreciate him looking down on me just because I am young and female. No wait at the Mobile 1 down the street!!!
