What an incredible waste of time. After being told that they would need my car all day to make an oil change happen, I continued because after all, I didn't have the appointment. I called twice to inquire about status both times being assured it would be finished that day- FOR AN OIL CHANGE! But lo and behold the phone call I receive at 5:50 is that no in fact they will not be able to complete it.
