Great group of people fast service and very professional.
This is the best place I have dealt with before hands down. The lady receptionist was awesome getting me a great deal on my 2015 Jeep and awesome customer service. The gentleman who checked me in and out and also the tech who was waiting for me when I pulled up, went over and beyond my expectations. I have given them time after time to get their Customer Service in order. But seems like they wont change. I left my car there this morning to get an alignment on my car. Pick it up at 12, even though they stated they will call me before they do anything to my car, and the car will be done at 12. Get there at 12:15 and they didnt do the alignment stating it actually needs tire balancing. Instead of calling to let me know that is what it needs so that I can get that done, they did NOTHING. Was told it was going to take 2 hours to install four tires , they where not that busy. 3 hours later.
I've never seen a mechanic be so damn Wreckless with someone else's vehicle when driving it. Dark green maxima on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Hope there's not any gear shifting problems because the employee (bald headed, AA, 5'4) didn't even try to wait for the car to stop before shifting gears.
