On 10/31/2021, I went to Firestone on Harbison to get a tire rotation and brakes. The front staff is friendly and I have no issue with them. The mechanics they hire are running false diagnostics to get you to buy services you don't need. They said I needed new spark plugs and a battery. I may need a battery in the future, but not spark plugs. They said I had rust and that I was not driving my car enough. The car is 2016 Honda CRV with only 63K+ miles.
