So my appointment was at 9 I turned it in at 830 it’s now 1 still haven’t heard anything so what was the use of scheduling an appointment if they still ain’t touch the car??? Waste of time just for a inspection smh knew I shouldn’t have drop my car to them

Great service by Paul and his team. Friendly staff and are transparent with issues and will work with you to find the best discount for your services. I recommend scheduling service ahead of time to help yourself avoid a long wait
I came in frustrated due to being turned away by two other Firestone locations (looking at you Killian and Bush River road locations) that had no interest in repairing a flat or selling me a tire due to having a 3/4 ton truck. Paul heard my frustrations and squeezed me in, got me fixed up and back on the road in around an hour. 10/10 service, Paul earned my business.
