My daughter had an appointment to get tires put on her car. I ordered the tires online from Priority Tire, and the Firestone Stores are their installer of choice. I had the tires delivered to my house and drove from Ballentine to Garners Ferry with the tires. My daughter met me at Firestone to have the tires put on. Waited for 1hour 15mins for th3m to tell me that an overnight car was now ahead of me after they told me I would be next before the overnight car. Second time same experience. Im DONE!!!!
Went in for 9am appointment received an oil change, two serpentine belt change, and 4 new tires even though only two tires were bad the other two was brand new, but they discounted me a little for that. Price came to over 900 dollars. The tires were approximately 300$ and the adding the other services plus taxes were over 600$ finally got my vehicle back at 2:45pm. This Firestone in Columbia South Carolina helped me out in a pinch. I called and spoke with Paul and explained my situation, they were closing soon/early for a manager's meeting and he still told me to come by and he could take a quick look at my issue. The others on staff that I interacted with were also friendly.
Paul, the staff and technicians are always, pleasant and render good customer service. My experience here is always good, I appreciate all they do to service my vehicle to ensure that it is running and working properly.
