To start off, I haven't had a single problem with this location, until this time. I get that no appointment means a bit of a wait, usually ends up being a 3-4 hour wait. 8 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND 4 TIRES IS RIDICULOUS! I get that we had to wait for the insurance to approve it and they are garbage. But we knew it was approved after 3 hours...so, WTF WERE WE DOING FOR THE OTHER 5 HOURS?!
