Great group of guys that know what they are doing and care about their customers. They have always gone the extra mile for us and everyone that I recommend.
Highly incompetent. Told our car would be ready by COB Sunday (after dropping it off on Saturday). Monday morning, still being worked on. No explanation given. Made us late for work and school. Lesson learned... spend your $ at a locally owned business that cares about its customers.
I was always a firm believer in having my car serviced by the dealership until one day I missed their tire sale by one day and they (Toyota) wouldn't discount the tires. I happened upon Firestone and met the manager, George, who exceeded the discount Toyota had offered. I've had my car serviced here now for 3 years and can't be happier. I've never felt neglected or ripped off.
