I went 2 Pep boys they wanted $489 set of tires size 16 no alignment included , even Walmart was 2 expensive, Bjs tire service wanted $505 so I went 2 Firestone they said $464 , tire alignment included with free tire rotation every 5,000 miles, I seriously thought I done died & went 2 heaven, I was like are serious, I thought they were blowing smoke up my ass, then I asked well can we do 2 in August and 2 in September so I won't be broke as a joke and they said YES ???? Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Had what I needed and got me back on the road
The customer service person was very nice but when he said it would only be 45 minutes to get tires rotated and it turned out to be an hour and a half...I was dissappointed to say the least. On top if that 2 other cars were serviced before mine that came in AFTER i did...again..disappointed....will not go back.
Great customer service and timely. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Definitely our new car care place!
